Inspired by the sun-soaked coastline of Tuscany’s Versilia, Vera introduces Forte Nights Aperitivo, where master mixology and delectable bites bring the popular Italian tradition to life with refined elegance.
Every Monday to Sunday, from 4pm to 7pm, as Dubai’s golden hour sets in, guests are invited to relax, unwind and celebrate the true L’Arte di Vivere with a choice of two cocktails complimented by an indulgent food platter for AED 105 per person.
Cocktail choices include Vera’s own creations of the Forte Dei Marmi, a light, floral cocktail made with Prosecco, elderflower liqueur and lime juice and the Pietrasanta, with sweet, citrusy notes from Rum, Cointreau, home-made plum and blueberry syrup. Timeless classics such as the Aperol Spritz, Negroni Sbagliato and Limoncello Spritz, complete the Italian journey.
